          1. General terms and condition

General terms of online store iTAK Sport d.o.o. are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), on the basis of the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and international codes for e-commerce and apply to the sale of goods published on the itaksport.com website by the iTAK Sport d.o.o., Ob Zeleznici 30a, 1000 Ljubljana (from now on referred to as iTAK Sport). By using the iTAK Sport online store, you agree that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions and that you fully agree with them. By placing an order in an online store, you are fully accepting these General Terms and Conditions in any form.

            2. Ordering goods (course of purchase)

The offer of iTAK Sports online store, due to the nature of the business, is changing rapidly and often. When registering to iTAK Sport d.o.o., the visitor obtains a username that is identical to his e-mail address and password. The username and password of the user unambiguously determine and connects him to the entered data. With registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. 

Purchasing via itaksport.com online store is possible without registration when a user can use the "Quick purchase" method or by registering on our website. When a user selects the product he wants, he then clicks "Add to cart" button for transferring the selected product to the cart. When the item is in the cart, the system displays the total cost of the purchase, along with shipping costs and offers two options:

  •          Finalise the purchase by clicking »Proceed to checkout« button
  •          Continue shopping by clicking »Continue shopping« button


After clicking on the "Cart" button, the system displays the summary or content of the shopping cart. Here, the user can change the number of items he wants to buy or delete the item from the shopping cart. In this section, the user can also use any valid coupons by entering a code that he finds on the coupon itself.

By clicking on the »Proceed to checkout« button, the user continues with the purchase. The system asks the user for the shipping address and the address of the payment, as well as the option to change the shipping and payment address. By clicking on the "Proceed to checkout" button, the  system proceeds to the "Delivery" step, offering two choices:

  •          Personal pick-up, which is free
  •          Delivery via express mail provided by GLS, according to the price list published on our website, under the "Delivery."

In this step, it is also necessary to read "General Terms and Conditions" to continue purchasing, and if the user accepts it, he must check the box to agree to the general terms and conditions of business. By clicking on the »Proceed to checkout« button, the user's system leads to the next and last step where the payment method is selected:

  •          Transfer via bank account
  •          Payment on delivery - you pay the goods when you receive it
  •          Payment via Pay Pal account or credit card payment
  •          Credit/debit card payment


After payment and order are complete, the customer receives a notice by e-mail that the request has been accepted in the queue. At this step, the customer has the option to cancel the order within 1 (one) hour. 

If the buyer does not cancel the order, the order is processed for further processing when the tenderer reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it for a legit reason. The vendor may call the customer to his contact telephone number to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Upon confirmation of the order, the vendor informs the buyer by e-mail of the estimated delivery time. The contract for the purchase of ordered items between the buyer and the tenderer is irrevocably concluded at this stage. The vendor prepares, dispatches and delivers the goods within the agreed time and also informs the buyer by e-mail when the package has shipped out.

            3. Methods of payment, prices, and promotions

The provider offers the following payment methods:

  •          With cash at the time of pick up, the online price applies
  •          By transfer to the account, iTAK Šport d.o.o. (according to the given offer or proforma invoice) with which the online price applies
  •          By credit card, the online price applies
  •          PayPal, the online price applies
  •          Payment upon delivery, the online price applies


The provider issues a receipt to the customer on a durable medium with a breakdown of costs.

The purchase contract (order) is stored electronically on the provider's server and available to the customer at any time in its user profile (My profile).

The online price applies to all members of iTAK Sport d.o.o. Member becomes the user with registration in online store iTAK Sport d.o.o. Prices on the web are the same as in our outlets. All prices in the Internet center iTAK Sport d.o.o. contain VAT. Prices are valid at the time of the order and do not have a predetermined validity.

Despite the extraordinary effort to provide the most up-to-date and accurate data, it may be that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or if the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase, and at the same time then he will offer the buyer a solution that will go to mutual satisfaction.

The purchase contract between the vendor and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the vendor confirms the order (the buyer receives an e-mail message confirming the status). From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.

Special offers in the online store iTAK Sport d.o.o. can be daily, weekly or monthly and are formed depending on the available stock and demand for specific articles. Enterprises or taxpayers must submit an identification number or tax number when ordering.

            4. Withdrawal from the purchase and return of the goods

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), ordered goods purchased under the purchase contract (including purchase via the Internet) can be returned for no reason. It is sufficient that you inform us within 15 days at info@itaksport.com or iTAK Sport d.o.o., Ob Zeleznici 30a, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, about the cancellation of the contract and you can return the goods in the next 30 days.

The address for the return of the goods to the seller is iTAK Sport d.o.o., Ob Zeleznici 30a, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

You must return the goods undamaged and unchanged. The refund option does not apply to already used items and to electronic parts that are no longer originally packaged. Products must be returned in their original packaging. The buyer bears potential refund costs.

At the time of refund, the buyer may request the return of the purchase price, which is returned by the vendor to his transaction account no later than 15 days after the receipt of the return notification or after receiving the returned goods.  At iTAK Sport d.o.o we also allow replacement of the products.

If the goods were damaged during transport (exterior of the item), then IMMEDIATELY advertise the shipment to the courier. On the spot, the courier will make a complaint on the damage of the consignment. In the event of hidden damage to the shipment, however, the recipient is obliged to notify the delivery service in writing within 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, with the condition that beforehand we jointly find that the damage was formed exclusively at the time when the consignment was in possession of delivery service.

            5. Warranty

For items, the validity of the warranty is one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the warranty card or the bill. The warranty is valid, taking into account the instructions on the warranty card and when submitting an invoice.
The guarantee shall cease to apply in the event of negligent handling of products, improper use, mechanical damage or failure with the presence of a higher power. The warranty also ceases to apply if the product is processed or that the product is installed by an unauthorized person (in case of the installation of the authorized person's goods, the invoice should be given to the buyer of the product).

Products that are exposed to permanent wear and tear are excluded from the warranty: wooden hockey sticks, composite hockey sticks, floorball sticks, hockey rackets, floorball scoops, castors, bearings and the like. Ask our sellers about this.

The warranty information is also provided on the product presentation page. If there is no warranty information, the article has no warranty or information is not known at this time. In this case, the buyer can contact the provider who will provide up-to-date information.
The manufacturer is obliged to perform the warranty repair within 45 days of receiving the goods; otherwise the article will be replaced with another, equivalent and damage free item.

The return of the goods for the guarantee shall be made in accordance with the conditions stated by the manufacturer on the warranty card, and the buyer has no costs with the refund

If you want to return the shipment on our costs, you can do so by contacting us at the telephone number: +386 59 094 030 or info@itaksport.com. In accordance with this agreement, we will send a courier to your address, who will take over the shipment.
A different way of returning on our expenses is not possible.

Product Return Procedure:

  •          When returning the item to the seller (iTAK Sport d.o.o.), you must attach a copy of the invoice.
  •          The address for the return of goods to the seller is iTAK Sport doo, Ob Zeleznici 30a, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
  •          We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track the item and prepare the gooproperly for transport (you can use the original packaging or another suitable safe packaging).
  •          Shipping costs are always borne by the sender unless otherwise agreed in advance. We do not accept the  shipment with a ransom.

The bidder strives to do his best to settle any dispute by mutual consent. Otherwise, the court in Ljubljana will have jurisdiction over disputes

            6. Privacy Policy

Personal data of all our visitors and users of our site are an area that we pay tremendous attention to. In accordance with legislation and norms, we ensure that all standards are achieved, and thus provide safe browsing of the website.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1-UPB1), the iTAK Sport Manager, iTAK Sport d.o.o. is obligated to protect the personal data of its users.

For the business needs, iTAK Sports collects the following user data:

  • name and surname, address and place of residence, e-mail address (your username), contact telephone number, password in encrypted form, and other data entered by users to forms on a website of iTAK Sport.


We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information entered by users on our website.

To ensure security, users' IP addresses are also collected from which users access our site. At the beginning of the visit, each user is assigned a so-called session cookie to identify and monitor the shopping cart. ITAK Sport can also store other cookies on your computer, such as an encrypted user ID number used to identify the user at the next visit, Google Analytics cookies, Facebook cookies used for better user experience at social media, etc.

The mentioned data is stored on the iTAK Sport server permanently, with the exception of cookies. During the duration of a website visit, session cookies are stored while permanent cookies are stored on the user's computer.

The iTAK Sport manager can use these cookies/data in an anonymized form for better user experience, various promotional campaigns etc...

iTAK Sports collects personal information for the following purposes:

  • solving recalls, improving the functionality of the services on the website, market research and analysis, better user experience and advertising through social media.


iTAK Sport will only entrust contact number and the address to the delivery service for the needs of delivery.

Transmission of personal data to third parties:

Some of the information collected and processed by iTAK Sport may be transmitted to third parties in accordance with the purpose of the processing:

An external contract agency, which for iTAK Sport carries out online marketing and digital advertising. The Agency acts strictly on behalf and according to the instructions and strict supervision of the responsible personnel at iTAK Sport. They run Google advertising, Facebook advertising, re-marketing and Instagram advertising.

            8. Validity for foreigners

These general terms and conditions apply irrespective of the purchaser's registered office or actual place of establishment and regardless of the understanding the language in which these general terms are drawn up. Under the terms of consumer law, the buyer may request the conclusion of a contract on the basis of these general terms also in another language.

            9. Protection of personal data

The provider obligates to protect all personal data of the user. The provider will use personal data exclusively to fulfill the order (sending information material, offers, accounts) and other communication needed. In no case shall the user's information be handed over to unauthorized persons. To protect personal data, the user is also responsible for ensuring the security of his username and password.

            10. Advertising

The provider's announcements constitute an indication of the basic terms of the purchase unless expressly provided otherwise in the publication.

iTAK Sport d.o.o. guarantees the characteristics of the goods listed on www.itaksport.com. Due to the technical aspects of the products, slight deviations from the actual design may be possible.

For advertising purposes, itaksport.com also uses Google Adwords Remarketing. This is a Google service for using remarketing and targeted behavioral advertising. We use the service to advertise on the Google Search and Display network for customers who have already visited itaksport.com. You can sign out of this service in the Google's Ads settings located on your Google profile.

The already used products or exhibits sold under itaksport.com are labeled as such, including the discounts. By ordering, the buyer confirms that he has been acquainted with the goods' characteristics and accepts them. In such cases, the supplier does not guarantee delivery in the original packaging, but in appropriate packaging.

The buyer agrees that the provider may periodically inform him with the news from the site, new offers and promotional campaigns via e-mail and/or SMS messages. The Service Provider undertakes not to provide the e-mail and telephone number of the buyer to a third party, except for the partner advertising agency, which will not process or retrieve the data obtained elsewhere and will only use them for advertising purposes. The advertising agency operates in accordance with the business conditions of the company iTAK Sport d.o.o. The buyer can opt out of receiving e-news or SMS messages at any time.

            11. Delivery

            12. Complaints

The provider respects the applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider seeks to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to identify the person with whom, in case of problems, the customer can connect by telephone or by e-mail. The complaint is submitted via e-mail info@itaksport.com. The complaint processing procedure is confidential.

Within five working days, the provider will confirm that he has received the complaint, inform the buyer how long he will handle it and keep him informed about the progress of the procedure.

The provider is aware that the essential characteristic of the consumer dispute, at least in terms of judicial resolution, is the disproportion between the economic value of the product and the costs arising in the resolution of the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate an argument before a court. Therefore, the provider strives to do his best to resolve any dispute by mutual consent.
